I'm not sure who this man is. I got the photo reference from BME Zine.
anyhow, he is pretty far from finished, but I've made progress, at least.
next part to tackle is the lovely tattoo on his neck.
and yes, I realize the shading is weird;
blending is another goal, once I figure out how to do it without making it look even more shite.
if I only had a tablet, this may have been done by now :o
ah well, it's been quite fun

will post the finished product along with the photo reference I used.

*edit* finished the big tattoo..minus some tweaking I may do to it here and there
still not finished though @_@

i really like it. as the unfinished product the color blending looks like it is "solarized". it is quite magnificent

I will probably still make a copy and blend it more naturally, too. i've usually been backing up the old things when I make a major-ish change, just in case I don't like how it turns out

It looks wonderful as is. yes i wish i had a tablet also but people look up to you even more when they find you havent used a tablet. but newoos yes this is truely awesome .I now wonder how the finished product would look like tho.^^

yeah, I had thought about that actually, on one hand i don't really want to get one but on the other hand...i dunno. if i did, i'd have to limit myself or something.

eee. it's been almost a year since i've worked on him. *ashamed* haha i still have the project though, i've been thinking of getting it back out.

hehe i totally understand there are some who dont finish projects for years later. sometimes its better if you do it that way. adding progression with a good thought or imagination.

Some people i know own tablets and end up never using them at all. you might be one of those who's just very talented with the mouse.^^
